Engineering Quality Apprentice
The successful candidate will be using problem solving skills to tackle CAPA’s, Audits, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEAs). They will also be tasked with measuring and inspecting against specifications to ensure compliance to the customer.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Corrective and Preventive Actions:Raise non-conformance reports when an issue is identified Successfully monitor the effectiveness of the actions to ensure risk is mitigated
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis:
List out all process steps in the manufacturing process Score each process based on risk using severity, occurrence and detection of the process step identified Action highest assessed risks throughout the business and mitigate the risk, whilst monitoring the effectiveness of the actionsAudits:
Shadow audits and identify non-conformances & opportunities for improvement Understand the requirements for ISO9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems)Projects:
Complete six sigma projects (certificated award) Complete projects to make data driven decisions Understand the new product introduction process and all documentation that accompanies the processTraining:
After a period of foundation skills and technical knowledge development all apprentices will be required to achieve the following qualifications:
Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence) Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Competence) - Technical Support Level 3 Extended Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing EngineeringTraining Outcome:

Starting as an apprentice, you’ll be given a basic knowledge and understanding of Alexander Technologies Europe Limited. Depending on your own aspirations, we can support and develop you into a technical expert or management.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm & Friday - 8.30am - 2pm. 35 hours a week.
