Recruitment Apprenticeship - Leatherhead
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full health and social care recruitment lifecycle while supporting the attraction and hiring of top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates using CV databases and other recruitment tools Screen and shortlist applicants against role requirements Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates Post job adverts across job boards and internal platforms Upload and maintain candidate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and coordination Ensure all candidate records are accurate and up to date Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processThis is a Hybrid Role, 2 days in the office 3 days at home.
Training Outcome:
There is a possibility of being offered a full-time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
