Contracts Apprentice (Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship)

Key Responsibilities

Provide all round administrative support to the legal team for the Autolus Contract Lifesye Management (CLM) System, including intake from business users, coordination of review by in-house counsel, and execution of final documents Entry of agreements into the CLM, and setting up alerts and notifications for contract renewals, expiry, amendments, etc. Stakeholder communication via calls and emails (using MS Outlook, MS Teams, etc), including obtaining contract signatures via Docusign Training users on contracting processes, assist with enforcement of Autolus’s contracts policy and advise on purchase order procedures Liaising with Autolus internal departments to improve contracting processes & performance processes Autonet support, specifically the Legal/Compliance portion of the Autolus Intranet Maintaining and organising the Legal SharePoint folders and other documents and records for Legal Adhoc tasks as and when required

Training Outcome:

The Contracts Apprentice will provide administrative and substantive support for our contract-related processes. The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter and comfortable with performing and managing multiple administration led tasks in a fast paced and changing environment. This is a hands-on role with significant potential for development and expanded responsibilities.

Working Hours :
Full time. Monday - Friday (core office hours).
