Apprentice Compliance & Risk Officer

As a Compliance Apprentice, you will work closely with our Head of Compliance and wider business teams, supporting colleagues across the UK, US and Canada. You will gain exposure to a broad range of compliance activities and develop valuable skills that can lead to long-term career opportunities within BOUM.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Compliance team with day-to-day activities Assisting with monitoring regulatory requirements and internal policies Helping maintain compliance records and documentation Supporting sanctions and licensing processes Responding to compliance-related queries from colleagues Working collaboratively with teams across the business Contributing to projects that promote strong governance and regulatory standards Building knowledge of compliance frameworks and industry regulations

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training in the workplace and with Skills Edge Training. You will be provided regularly off-the-job training time to complete your training and studies.

Apprenticeship programme: Compliance and Risk Officer, equal to Level 3 (A level).

Your training plan - You will access your training online from the employers site address.

Training Outcome:

As part of the operations team there will potentially be opportunities to progress into a more senior permanent position.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. 35-hours per week.
