Administration Apprentice

This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a professional financial services administration team while developing valuable business and customer service skills. You'll provide general administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.

The role will involve liaising with providers to gather and collate plan and policy information, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and processes are completed in a timely manner. You will assist in preparing paperwork and meeting packs for client meetings and annual reviews, supporting advisers and administrators in delivering a high-quality service to clients.

A key part of the position will be maintaining client records and updating information on the company's back-office database in line with Fairstone standards and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring client files remain organised, accurate, and up to date at all times.

The apprentice will also communicate directly with clients, arranging appointments and booking meetings while providing a professional, friendly, and responsive service. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and keen to build a career within financial services and business administration.



Training Outcome:

Support for future development will be keenly provided to enable the successful applicant to further their knowledge and ability in the role. Potential career pathways could be Administrator.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm or Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.30pm. Friday, 9.00am - 3.00pm.
