Civil Engineering Apprentice

Learn to create, update, and maintain 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software. Assist with preparing technical drawings, layouts, plans, and design documents. Read and interpret sketches, mark-ups, specifications, and project information. Support the design team with drawing revisions and updates. Check drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. Maintain organised drawing files, records, and document control information. Work closely with engineers, designers, technicians, and project teams. Follow health and safety requirements and company procedures. Attend college, training sessions, or apprenticeship learning as required. Develop technical knowledge, software skills, and confidence throughout the apprenticeship.

Training Outcome:
Possible progression onto degree apprenticeship with company support.

Employer Description:

Multi-disciplinary planning, environmental and design consultancy which supports development projects across the UK. Working in the following sectors – residential development, commercial, energy, defence, strategic land, leisure, renewables, public sector, infrastructure and utilities.



Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
