Recruitment Apprentice

As a Recruitment Apprentice, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, helping to attract and hire great talent across the business. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, gaining exposure to a variety of recruitment activities while developing your skills and knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

Screening applications and assisting with candidate shortlisting. Scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities. Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process. Posting vacancies across internal and external job boards. Supporting recruitment campaigns, careers events, and employer branding initiatives. Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment data. Providing a positive candidate experience and assisting with onboarding activities.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR and recruitment environment while building a strong foundation for a career in talent acquisition.



Training:
In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 3 Recruiter qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures. Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support, and will arrange weekly/fortnightly meetings with you. You receive 20% off-the-job training during this apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours.
