I.T Support & Infrastructure Apprentice

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure, helping to ensure employees across the business receive excellent technical support.

Your role will include:

Provide hands-on IT support to users (desktops, laptops, printers.) Help setup and maintain PCs, servers and network equipment. Work with real business systems. Troubleshoot issues and learn how to fix them. Support backups, cyber security and system monitoring. Assist with IT projects (upgrades, rollouts, improvements.)

Training:

The apprentice will work 4 days per week at Fort Vale (BB12 7ND) and attend Bolton College( BL3 5BG) 1 day per week.

Training Outcome:

The successful apprentice will may have the opportunity to progress to a higher level apprenticeship or full time employment with the company.

Working Hours :
Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 16:30pm Fridays 7:30am – 12:30pm.
