Adult Care Support Worker Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting individuals within their own homes and in the community Providing personal care while maintaining dignity, privacy and respect Supporting with day-to-day activities and promoting independence Supporting individuals with mobility and accessing the community Providing emotional and practical support Supporting individuals with complex and / or clinical care needs following appropriate training Supporting with medication in line with training and care plans Following individual care and risk management plans Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any concerns Working alongside families, healthcare professionals and the wider care teamTraining:
All apprenticeship training will be delivered remotely by eTraining. You will take part in scheduled online training sessions and complete apprenticeship activities within the workplace. A full training schedule, including session dates and frequency will be provided once you commence your apprenticeship. You will need access to a laptop or desktop computer and a reliable internet connection.
Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, there will be an opportunity to progress into a permanent, full-time role with Arch Futures. You will also have the chance to continue developing your skills, take on additional responsibilities and build a rewarding long-term career in adult social care.

Working Hours :
Arch Futures is a 24-hour care provider. Candidates must be prepared to work flexibly around the needs of the individuals we support. Shifts may include: Days Evenings Weekends Bank holidays Longer shifts where required by the care package
