Consensus Support Courtwick Lodge - Level 2 Support Worker Apprenticeship

As a Support Worker Apprentice, you'll learn how to:

Support adults with learning disabilities to live happy, independent and fulfilling lives. Encourage people to take part in hobbies, social activities and community events. Build positive relationships and support individuals to achieve their goals. Promote independence, confidence and life skills. Support with personal care where required, always maintaining dignity and respect. Work as part of a friendly and supportive team.

Training Outcome:

After successful completion, can move onto a level 3.

Working Hours :
Shifts: Early and lates, 7:30 - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm.
