Ensure that all client requests and related tasks are dealt with professionally and effectively delivering a positive experience for clients Arrange client meetings on behalf of the Advisers Collate and manage information and facts, preparing documentation for client meetings Maintain client contact, keeping them updated on the current position with regards to any ongoing maters on behalf of the Advisers Ensure the post meeting processing is completed within deadlines Manage LOA end to end process Ensure back-office system is maintained detailing all ongoing actions and workflow

The aim is provide a long-term career pathway by providing continued professional development and supporting progression through our administrative, paraplanning and financial advice teams dependent on the candidates preferred pathway.

Giving back is also important to us and since 2022, we have raised over £1.1 million to support local and national partners, providing funding to help those in difficult circumstances and improve the environment of our local communities.

 



Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.
