Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
In this role, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to Fee Earners, Legal Assistants and the wider team. You will help ensure that client matters are progressed smoothly, documents are handled accurately, and excellent standards of client service and compliance are maintained.
You will support the Commercial Property team with a varied range of administrative tasks, including:
Opening files, setting up opportunities on the system and entering information accurately Contacting clients to request missing information where required Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, including special or recorded delivery items, DX, couriers and scanning post to the correct location Photocopying and scanning documents to the required standard Assisting with client enquiries by telephone and in person in a professional and helpful manner Making appointments, arranging meetings and maintaining Outlook diaries for team members Supporting ID checks in line with AML procedures and helping ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures and excel requirements Providing support to colleagues and other teams where neededWe are looking for someone who is client-focused, approachable and willing to learn. You will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a common-sense approach to your work. You should be organised, diligent and able to work well as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about developing their skills, confident in dealing with people professionally, and keen to contribute to the smooth running of the office. A positive attitude, willingness to get involved and commitment to building a long-term career will be important.

This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a supportive Commercial Property team, with the opportunity to learn about legal administration, client service, compliance and office processes. You will be encouraged to develop your confidence, technical skills and understanding of how a busy legal team operates.
Training Outcome:
Permanent role as a Client Service Assistant / Administrator, with progression in role as required.
