Business Administration Apprentice

Answering telephone calls and responding to customer emails Providing friendly, professional and helpful customer service Booking appointments and scheduling work for our electricians Using our job management software to create and update jobs Communicating with customers throughout their job Preparing and processing job paperwork and documentation Assisting with invoicing and general accounts administration Maintaining accurate customer, job and business records Using spreadsheets, email and other business software Liaising with electricians and helping organise their daily workloads Following up customer enquiries and outstanding actions Supporting the office team with day-to-day administration Learning our business processes and helping identify ways they can be improved Gradually taking ownership of regular administrative tasks as your knowledge and confidence develop

Training:

The apprentice will complete the Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3 Standard with City College Norwich. Training will take place through a combination of workplace learning at Electric11 and training delivered by City College Norwich. The exact training schedule will be agreed with the college.



Training Outcome:

Our intention is for the successful apprentice to develop into a permanent and important member of the Electric11 office team.

As their experience and confidence grow, there will be opportunities to take ownership of administrative processes, develop greater responsibility within the business and progress into a full Business Administrator role.

For the right person, we hope this apprenticeship will be the beginning of a long-term career with Electric11.

We provide electrical, solar PV, battery storage and EV charging services to domestic and commercial customers across Norfolk.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm 1 hour lunch break.
