We are working with a fast growing, premium hospitality led business that is looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join them on an initial 3-6 month contract.

This is a hands on role supporting the business through an exciting period of growth, taking ownership of recruitment across a broad range of head office and operational positions.

The role:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levelsPartner closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needsProactively source and engage high-quality talentManage candidate pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experienceSupport recruitment processes, interviews, offers and onboardingBring fresh ideas to improve recruitment processes and employer brandWork at pace within a growing, entrepreneurial and people-focused environment

Experience:

Proven experience as an internal Talent Partner / Talent Acquisition PartnerComfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneouslyStrong direct sourcing and headhunting experienceExcellent stakeholder management skillsExperience within hospitality, property, flexible workspace, leisure or another fast-paced multi-site business would be highly advantageousCommercial, proactive and able to hit the ground running
