We are partnering with a global services organization on a confidential search for a Global Director of Facilities Management to lead a major international account with approximately $85M in annual revenue responsibility.

This is a highly visible executive leadership role overseeing a complex portfolio spanning the United States, EMEA, and additional international markets. The successful candidate will serve as the strategic lead for the client relationship while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, growth, and long-term account retention.

The client environment is heavily focused on engineering, manufacturing, and technical operations, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong facilities management and technical services background who can build credibility with engineering stakeholders and senior client leadership teams.

The account currently operates across more than 20 countries, with significant opportunities for continued growth, capital project execution, and contract expansion.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing executive leadership for a large-scale global facilities management portfolioLeading strategic client relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple regionsIdentifying opportunities for account growth, service enhancements, and operational efficienciesLeading account retention strategies ahead of future contract renewals and tender processesEnsuring consistency of service delivery, governance, and reporting across all marketsActing as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and executive leadership teamsCollaborating with procurement, finance, operations, and project management teams to achieve business objectives

What We're Looking For

Senior leadership experience within Integrated Facilities Management environmentsStrong technical services and engineering backgroundExperience managing complex global or multi-region portfoliosSignificant exposure to EMEA operations is requiredProven ability to build relationships with engineering-focused client stakeholdersStrong commercial acumen with experience managing large P&Ls and contract performanceExperience leading strategic client partnerships within manufacturing, corporate, life sciences, or industrial environmentsBackground with major facilities management organizations is highly desirableExperience overseeing capital projects, asset management, and technical operationsExceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skillsGrowth-oriented mindset with a passion for expanding client relationships and driving long-term value
