We're partnered with a new, highly regarded upscale restaurant looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in service-led environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll play a key role in leading the floor, developing the team, and ensuring every service is executed to the highest standard.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, mentoring others, and creating a memorable dining experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

Previous Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Dining Room Manager experience within an upscale, full-service restaurantPassion for hospitality – this is your career and want to grow!Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teamsHands-on management style with excellent floor presenceExperience managing labour, scheduling, and daily restaurant operationsCalm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment
