We're recruiting a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a prestigious global luxury brand's Head Office in Central London.

The Role

Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation.Deliver exceptional lunch service.Take ownership of all hot food production.Lead premium hospitality and evening events.Produce high-quality canapés, bowl food and fork buffets.Manage food costs, ordering and stock control.Maintain exceptional food quality and food safety standards.Lead and develop a small kitchen team.

About You

 

 

Head Chef experience within Contract Catering or Business & Industry.Strong fresh food background.Hospitality and events experience.Comfortable leading premium corporate catering.Passion for food quality and presentation.Level 3 Food Safety (essential).A hands-on leader with excellent organisational skills.Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
