Lecturer - College Setting Location: Birmingham Pay Rate: £180 - £200 per day   About the role We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Lecturer to join a college in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, support student achievement, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.   Key Responsibilities - Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students. - Assess, monitor, and record learner progress. - Provide support and guidance to help students achieve their goals. - Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation. - Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. - Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student success.   Requirements - Relevant degree or professional qualification. - Previous lecturing or teaching experience within a college or educational setting. - Strong communication and classroom management skills. - Ability to engage and motivate learners. - Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults. - Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) desirable.   What We Offer - Competitive rate of £180 - £200 per day. - Flexible opportunities. - Supportive working environment. - Opportunity to make a positive impact on learners' education and future careers.
