We're recruiting a Relief Chef Manager to support a portfolio of premium Business & Industry contracts across London and the South East.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef Manager who enjoys variety. You'll support different kitchens, teams and mobilisations while maintaining a Monday to Friday, 40-hour working week.

The Role

Provide Chef Manager cover across multiple sites.Lead kitchens during holidays and vacancies.Support new openings and mobilisations.Train and develop kitchen teams.Assist with food development projects.Complete site audits and compliance checks.Maintain excellent food, safety and operational standards.

About You

Chef Manager or Relief Chef Manager experience.Strong Contract Catering or B&I background.Confident leading different kitchen teams.Fresh food and hospitality experience.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Full driving licence and your own car essential.Flexible, reliable and comfortable travelling across the region.
