Enhanced DBS Assistant Chef –  Sparsholt,Wincester  – FM Service Provider - £15.00 per hour Exciting opportunity for a Assistant Chef to work for an established company situated in Sparsholt Wincester.The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an Assistant Chef and will be able to work Immediately.Hours of work & Shifts (Rota)Start date: 17th April ongoing till 2nd June  Monday - Friday - 08:00am - 16:00pm (8 hours a day)IMPORTANT – Please only apply if you can attend the days and times above. RequirementsFood Safety and hygiene certificate – Level 2Enhanced DBS Key Responsibilities Working directly for and assisting the Head Chef with the below:Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheetsWork directly for the head chef in the required locations provided quality food products to the required standards and receipesFull knowledge of all menu items servedManagement of production to ensure minimal wastageMaintenance of food levels throughout all service periodsMaintenance of food quality and brand standardsEnsuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidentsCapturing and recording all volumes consumed and overproductionAssisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklistsDiscussing ideas or improvements with line managerAct as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.Undertake relevant training as required    Please send you CV to Heidi at cbwstaffingsolutions.com for more information
