Business & IT Apprentice

Shadowing the Operations Director and assisting with day-to-day IT tasks Assisting the call centre manager and supervisors with sample delivery and quota control Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for interviewers, including equipment and computer problems Learning to specify and program questionnaires for online and telephone surveys Monitoring the interviewing process to ensure smooth operation and address any emergencies Completing quality checks on data and arranging for coding of open ends Participating in the amalgamation of data collected from questionnaires Learning to create data outputs for client delivery (both raw data and tabulations) Assisting with keeping ISO paperwork up to date, monitoring audit results and assisting with implementing change Contributing to the development and improvement of the company's internal platform (using web coding such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP & Mysql) Maintain the company's client database, keep it up to date and source new leads

Training Outcome:
Potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, with some flexibility.
