Then continue reading below…What’s the role?• B2B cold calling prospective clients• Fact-finding and rapport-building over the telephone• Management of CRM (Salesforce)• Ensuring all notes are accurate on system• Managing callbacks effectively• Pipeline management• Ensuring new business opportunities are developed through effective lead generation• Meet personal targets set• Delivering a great customer experience to all potential Clients

About youThe successful candidate will have demonstrable B2B Outbound Telesales/Lead Generation experience, along with a structured approach including strong objection-handling skills.
You will be an excellent communicator with a flawless telephone manner and the ability to build rapport, have strong influencing skills and be a team player with the ability to shine as an individual.
For our homeworking roles, it is expected that you have experience of working from home and adequate office space available – The rest we will provide!
