Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Arcade Technician / Arcade Engineer (Gaming Machines), to join their established business, with a competitive salary and brilliant benefits package.

Job Title: Junior Arcade Technician / Arcade Engineer (Gaming Machines)

* Full training will be given.


Location: London / Home Counties

* Predominantly required to cover Airport Bowl in Hayes, but will also be required to cover Home Counties / West London area


Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours per week

Salary: £22,000 per year + Benefits

Job description

The position is field based and involves installation, repairing, service and removal of their product range.

This role is a vital part of our business, and the role is key to ensuring that our machines are maintained to the highest standards and repaired quickly and efficiently as well as delivery of excellent customer service.

Must Haves

* Required Keys and Experience
* Hands on approach to installing and maintaining the full range of their party arcade products
* Work effectively on your own initiative and possess a pleasant and confident manner
* Ability to carry out a significant amount of manual handling
* You will enjoy meeting people be reliable trustworthy and well-presented
* Hold a current full driving licence and be able to work flexibly
* Be prepared to occasionally provide cash collection support to team of Cash Collectors.


Duties and Responsibilities

* Be responsible for the installation, maintenance, service, and removal of the full range of their equipment.
* Carry out basic network diagnostic work
* To complete preventative maintenance
* Refill and merchandise selected machines
* Ensure all products are working correctly to maximise income opportunities
