Product & Quality Specialist Apprenticeship Programme

The Product & Quality Specialist Apprentice will support Product Specialists and Buying teams in the development, evaluation and approval of fashion and textile products. Working across multiple product categories, you'll

Contribute to activities throughout the product lifecycle, gaining practical experience in product development, quality assurance, testing, compliance and supplier collaboration. Assist with product reviews, maintaining technical documentation, supporting critical path activities, coordinating samples and learning how products are assessed against quality, fit, performance and safety requirements. Take ownership of individual tasks and projects while being supported by experienced colleagues and apprenticeship learning providers. 

Alongside practical experience, the apprentice will work towards achieving the Level 4 Fashion & Textiles Product Technologist qualification, developing specialist technical knowledge and industry-recognised skills. 



Training:

Alongside practical experience, the apprentice will work towards achieving the Level 4 Fashion & Textiles Product Technologist qualification, developing specialist technical knowledge and industry-recognised skills. You will regularly attend college with the Fashion Retail Academy.



Training Outcome:

Successful candidates would have the opportunity to apply to roles in our Quality Assurance team and wider Buying Operations function.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Apprentices will typically be in the office 5 days per week as part of their induction. Afterwards, this will be at least 2-3 days in the office (some weeks may require more)
