Early Years Apprentice

This position requires an individual who is enthusiastic about early childhood development and is committed to fostering a safe, engaging, and stimulating atmosphere for children.

Responsibilities

Create and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and communicating findings with parents. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment that meets health and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute daily routines effectively. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Training:

Apprentices will attend collage one day a week at either Tamworth or Cannock Campus.



Training Outcome:

Full-time role within the organisation.
