Business Admin Apprentice

Supporting various teams in all I.T and paper-based administration.  Communicating with internal colleagues and developing relationships.  Perform general administrative functions: maintain and update documents including I.T and paper-based systems.  Answering the phone and dealing with internal staff, contractors and suppliers. Processing invoices and expense claims.   . Handling general office administration tasks as required. Dealing with external clients and suppliers. Maintaining and updating filing systems. Oversee day-to-day operations across the teams.

Training:

The successful candidate will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship Standard in Business Administrator Level 3.

A dedicated work-based trainer will be assigned to the candidate to provide them with support and guidance throughout the course. All learning will take place at the candidate's place of employment and within their contracted working hours.

Training Outcome:

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, progression would be into roles such as Finance Administrator, Business Administrator, Health and Safety Administrator. 
 



Employer Description:

Established mechanical and electrical contractors based in Cannock, Staffordshire.  We work within various sectors including retail, industrial, offices & workspaces, hospitality and leisure.  We design, manage and deliver mechanical and electrical installations throughout the UK for clients such as Amazon, Sainsburys, Ocado, Nike to name a few.



Working Hours :
Hours within Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
