Property Maintenance Operative Apprentice

Assist with the maintenance, repair and improvement of residential, commercial and agricultural properties. Carry out routine property maintenance tasks under the supervision of experienced tradespeople. Learn and apply practical skills in carpentry, brickwork, plastering, roofing and decorating. Help install, repair and maintain doors, windows, fencing, fixtures and fittings. Support refurbishment and upgrade projects across the Estate’s property portfolio. Assist with emergency and reactive maintenance work when required. Prepare work areas and materials, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Use and maintain tools, equipment and vehicles in accordance with health and safety procedures. Work with Estate staff, contractors and tenants to ensure maintenance work is completed to a high standard. Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe, and report any maintenance issues or hazards to the Estates team.

Become a qualified Property Maintenance Operative.
