Merchandising Administrator Apprentice

Support the merchandising team with day-to-day administration across FunBikes, Dualways and Bell Tent Boutique. Create, update and check product information, specifications, images, prices and listings across relevant systems and sales channels. Maintain product, competitor and project trackers, ensuring information is accurate, organised and easy to find. Chase missing product details, images, supplier information and approvals from internal teams and suppliers. Help prepare products for launch by checking that required information, content and supporting documents are complete. Support website category, product and promotional updates, following agreed briefs and processes. Assist with basic reporting, data checks and identifying missing or inconsistent information. Help keep merchandising files, templates and documentation organised and up to date. Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, customer service and marketing colleagues to obtain and share accurate product information. Assist with meeting notes, action trackers and follow-ups for merchandising projects. Escalate errors, missing details or concerns promptly to the Merchandising Lead. Follow company procedures, protect confidential information and complete work accurately within agreed timescales.

Training:
Online attendance with Loughborough College within the first 15 months, one morning per week with onsite sessions in the afternoon to assist with portfolio building and preparation for End Point Assessment. Diarised visits from dedicated Trainer/Assessor. Attendance to Loughborough College for an Induction Day. (Induction to take place on the last Wednesday of the month that you are enrolled, 9:30am - 3.00pm. Confirmation of date provided upon enrolment). Attendance to Loughborough College for Functional Skills (if required). On-the-job training. Off-the-job training.

Training Outcome:

Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress into a permanent Merchandising Administrator role. With experience, the apprentice could develop into a Merchandising Coordinator or wider e-commerce/product support role, taking greater ownership of product data, launches and website content.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5:30pm. Some Saturdays on a rota basis, mostly during peak (Christmas).
