Mobile Electrical Engineer  - Commercial Building - Central London - Immediate start - On-going - £30 Per hour

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Central London. CBW is currently looking for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover 90 buildings around Central London area. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, this person will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance.

Monday to Friday08:00am to 17:00pmOn-going contract£30 per hour via umbrellaImmediate start 
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - ResetWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater TreatmentBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readingsVan and travel costs includedOversee 90 buildings around Central London
