Location: Kent

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 depending on experience + Company Van, Fuel Card, Laptop and Phone

We are seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join our clients team.

Our client has experience in providing good quality, accurate surveys to customers across a variety of industries.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading and managing large complex land surveying projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standard.

You must be willing to work away from home and/or carry out night work, as required.

Responsibilities:

? You will be responsible for the management of projects and other surveyors on site
? Undertake land surveys and complete paperwork in accordance with company procedures.
? Provide technical support to Project Managers and internal staff members
? Troubleshooting and resolving issues on site, such as equipment, access, safety concerns etc.
? Liaising with other site surveyors, contractors, suppliers, clients
? Carry out appropriate quality control checks and issue data to CAD


Requirements:

Essential:

? At least 5 years of experience in Land Surveying.
? Working knowledge of surveying equipment including Total Stations and GPS systems, and AutoCAD software
? A qualification in Surveying or a relevant qualification that incorporates Surveying
? Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
? Experience working across a wide variety of environments and on complex surveys.
? A full UK driving licence


Desirable:

? Knowledge of Bentley Microstation, Atlas SCC software, LSS
? Working knowledge of Laser Scanners
? Experience in processing and survey report writing
