Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000 + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 37.50 full-time, hybrid working.
An opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator to join a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated.
You will be the main contact for dealing with complex payroll enquiries and providing support to the Payroll Team to ensure all deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities:
? Processing end-to-end high-volume payroll.
? Provide first line support for payroll queries.
? Liaising with HMRC when required.
? Processing starters and leavers information
? Calculating back pay from change forms
? Processing Tax Code changes.
? Setting up and maintaining Court Orders
? Liaise with an outsourced payroll provider.
? Liaise with managers to check on starters and leavers
? Ensure all information is accurate for HR and finance
? Liaise with pension providers with respect to starters and leavers
Requirements:
? 1-2 years experience working in a similar role within a busy payroll function.
? You will have a good working knowledge of all statutory payments (Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity SPP, PAYE and National Insurance etc.)
? Good knowledge of excel e.g.
pivot tables, V look ups
? Ability to process manual calculations.
? Entering of monthly timesheets.
? Desirable - ITrent experience
? Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task in a high volume fast-paced payroll department.
? Ability to work on own initiative, working within a team and the ability to meet deadlines.
