General Manager – Premium Pub with Boutique Rooms – £60k + Live-In

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to take the lead at a fantastic, high-quality pub operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong pub operator who loves being on the floor, building a great team and creating the kind of atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. You’ll have full ownership of the day-to-day operation, with the autonomy to drive standards, sales and profitability while putting your own stamp on the business.

The Role

As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the pub, including:Leading, developing and motivating a high-performing teamDelivering an exceptional guest experienceDriving sales, profitability and commercial performanceMaintaining excellent food, drink and service standardsManaging labour, stock, budgets and operational costsRecruiting, training and retaining great peopleBuilding relationships with the local community and driving repeat businessEnsuring the pub operates safely, efficiently and to consistently high standards

About You

We’re looking for an established General Manager with strong pub experience and a genuine passion for hospitality.You’ll be a visible, hands-on leader who is comfortable running a busy operation and understands both the people and commercial sides of a successful pub. You’ll know how to create a great culture, develop your team and deliver results without compromising the guest experience.

The Package

£60,000 salary + Live-In Accommodation
