The Role

Lead the day-to-day golf operation and teamDrive membership, events, partnerships, and revenue growthDevelop relationships with members, guests, corporate clients, and golf partnersMaintain exceptional service and operational standardsWork closely with other departments to create premium guest experiencesManage budgets, performance, and commercial targets

About You

Previous experience as a Director of Golf, Golf Manager, or similar senior roleStrong understanding of golf operations and commercial developmentProven leadership and relationship-building skillsExperience within luxury hospitality, resorts, or golf environments preferredCommercially driven, hands-on, and confident working with senior stakeholdersFluent English; German is a strong advantage
