*Due to the nature of the role, early starts are required, with work typically commencing on site between 7:00am and 7:30am. Flexibility to accommodate early starts and travel to sites across the UK is essential.

You will install the electrical infrastructure that supports Building Management Systems on a wide range of commercial and industrial projects across the UK.
Typical work includes:
Commercial electrical installations within plant rooms and energy centresHVAC and control wiringCable containment and cable installationInstalling and terminating BMS control panelsWiring sensors, actuators and associated equipmentReading electrical drawings and schematicsInspection, testing and fault findingMaintaining high standards of safety and workmanshipThis role involves travelling to customer sites across the UK and will occasionally require working away during the week.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)AM2 QualificationECS Gold CardFull UK Driving LicenceCommercial or industrial electrical installation experienceGood understanding of BS7671Desirable:
Previous BMS experienceHVAC or plant room installationsTrend, Siemens, Schneider, Tridium or Honeywell systemsIPAFPASMASSSTS or SMSTSDon't worry if you haven't worked within BMS before. If you've got solid commercial electrical experience and are keen to learn, we'd still love to hear from you.
