Apprentice Sales & Service Coordinator

Planning and scheduling engineers' work and service visits Processing customer enquiries, orders, service paperwork, and quotes Supporting customers with service bookings, breakdowns, and parts enquiries Creating job sheets, sales orders, and service documentation Managing records, scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate customer information Supporting sales activities, including pneumatic and Infinity product sales Following up quotations and promoting AEP's products and services to existing customers Liaising with engineers, suppliers, purchasing, and customers to ensure work is completed efficiently

Training Outcome:
Once the successful candidate has passed their probation, we have a wide variety of career options, including to continue as a Service Coordinator or move into our Sales team
