Supporting surveyors with property valuations and reports
Assisting with development projects and research Helping assess sites and opportunities, including through site inspections Learning how property projects are planned and delivered A varied and interesting role working as part of a small, team of property professionals

Training:

Over a 5-year period, you’ll complete a Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship (BSc Hons) - Commercial Property
Surveyor (Real Estate), in partnership with Birmingham City University.

One day per week study undertaking an RICS accredited Real Estate - BSc (Hons) course Four days gaining practical experience (both in office and on site) Total 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 7.5hrs daily - flexible regular start/finish times) Support from experienced mentors

Training Outcome:
At the end of 5 years, you'll graduate with an RICS accredited degree and be ready to sit your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) Likely offer of employment as a Qualified Surveyor and Registered Valuer

We have provided strategic property and development advice on major projects nationwide but also regularly deal with smaller scale projects of varied nature. Through this extensive experience, we have developed a strong understanding of the challenges associated with development, regeneration, funding and programme delivery.



Working Hours :
Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:30 (flexible regular start/finish times). Four days gaining practical experience (both in office and on site). One day per week study undertaking an RICS accredited Real Estate - BSC (Hons) Course.
