Administration Apprentice

Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry and managing company records Assist with document control, ensuring project documents and drawings are accurate and up to date Support Health & Safety administration, including maintaining training records and compliance documentation Help prepare Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and project handover packs Assist with sustainability reporting and environmental compliance requirements Support the completion of pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), tender submissions and business development documents Maintain staff records, CVs and organisational charts Assist with updating the company website, LinkedIn page and marketing materials Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and update business information Ensure all documentation is professionally presented, accurate and stored correctly

Training:

Training will be delivered through a combination of practical workplace learning and online masterclasses with Bradford College. The apprentice will work towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, applying their learning in the workplace while developing knowledge, skills and behaviours through regular online training sessions. Dedicated off-the-job training time will be provided throughout the apprenticeship, alongside ongoing support and progress reviews.



Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to progress into a permanent Business Administration role within the company. The skills and experience gained will also provide a strong foundation for careers in business support, project administration, document control, office management, compliance, marketing, or operations within the construction sector.
