Business Administration Apprentice
Act as front of house for the office and help create a welcoming, professional environment
Welcome clients, visitors and partners and make sure they are directed to the right person
Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and respond to basic enquiries
Make outbound calls to clients to confirm appointments, provide updates or follow up agreed actions
Schedule appointments and support the management of team diaries and calendars
Provide day-to-day administrative support to RESTART Advisers and the wider delivery team
Handle correspondence, scanning, filing and document management
Update client and office records accurately and keep information up to date
Support administrative processes connected with the RESTART Scheme
Provide basic Information, Advice and Guidance when appropriate and once trained to do so
Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to complete administrative tasks
Handle personal and confidential information appropriately
Keep accurate records and follow required processes
Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues and external partners
Complete your apprenticeship learning, training and assessments within agreed timescales

Training:
Upon completion of your apprenticeship you will achieve the Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship Standard
You will be assigned a mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis
There will be workshops that you need to attend remotely via Teams
In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role
