They will be trained to :
Understand Case Management Systems, we use LEAP Submit property searches via search flow Complete stamp duty forms and submit Stamp duty land tax form online Obtain documents via land registry online portal Draft contracts on a sale and consider draft contracts papers on a purchase and be able to prepare a report on title Deal with applications Deal with all post completion matters – e.g., AP1 Take instructions from clients on preparation of their Will and draft the same for review Draft Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate applications to the Court TIme manage and prioritise tasks. Have good drafting skills to include letter writing, Good general administrative skills Demonstrate a good telephone manner Good communication skills with clients and solicitors alikeTraining Outcome:
