Use the holiday booking systems and areas such as email, Canva (for window display) and back office booking system
Learn more about Geographical areas and main tourist venues
Get an understanding of the travel "jargon" and abbreviations used
Understand the travel flow from leaving home to check in and to boarding flight plus what happens in resort and how valuable holiday reps are
Have an insight into complaints and how to handle them
Count and record holiday payments
Training:
Travel Consultant Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
Training Outcome:
You will be given a strong introduction to the workings of a Travel Agency. Your training will give you a foundation to progress within the company as and when the opportunity arises.
