Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Education Environment - Hampstead, North West London | Up to £50,000 per annum

A leading facilities management service provider based in Hampstead, North West London, is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a static contract within an educational setting.

This is a single-person site role, and the successful candidate will take full responsibility for all landlord and tenant M&E and fabric maintenance, covering both planned and reactive work. You'll be the sole engineer on site, so a broad, hands-on skill set across the following areas is essential:
Lighting: small installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast replacement, control panels, power distributionEmergency lighting and fire alarm testingAir conditioning: air handling units and fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)Chillers: resettingPumps and motorsWater treatment: temperature checks (non-dosing)Plumbing: unblocking toilets, changing taps and sealsBMS monitoring (hot and cold systems)UPS systems: monitoring and taking readingsGeneral building fabric maintenanceEscorting subcontractorsWorking hours
Monday to Friday,08:00–17:00 (40-hour week)Overtime available.Package
