Management Accountant | Luton | £45–55k DOE

I’m working with an entrepreneurial and growing business operating across the Hospitality sector, with a portfolio of forward-thinking brands and a strong multi-site presence.

An exciting opportunity has opened for a driven Management Accountant to take ownership of month-end, management accounts and support a small team of Accounts Assistants.

We’re looking for someone with:

Strong Management Accounting / month-end experienceExperience within Hospitality, multi-site Retail or similar high-volume environmentsFranchise experience is essentialComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business

£45–55k DOE
Initially office-based during probation, moving to 1 day WFH thereafter
