Salary: up to £31k per annum

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join a residential childcare team in Tiverton. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a nurturing and structured environment, helping them achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.

Shift Pattern:

Early Shift: 7:00am – 2:45pm Late Shift: 2:30pm – 10:00pm 1 sleep-ins per week

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (essential) Experience working with children and young people is desirable Passion for supporting vulnerable young people Ability to work flexible shifts including sleep-ins
