This is a role for an experienced handler who wants to work somewhere that values its people as much as its clients. You'll work closely with Account Executives across renewals, MTAs and day-to-day servicing - in a supportive environment that gives you the tools and backing to do your best work.

Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: Wakefield
Working pattern: Office Based - flexible working

What you'll be doing

Handling policy renewals, MTAs and general client queries Liaising with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and secure the best outcomes for clients Delivering exceptional client service at every touchpoint Supporting Account Executives with client relationship management Assisting with claims handling and administrative tasks as needed

What they're looking for

Experience in insurance broking - commercial or personal lines considered Strong attention to detail and organisational skills A confident communicator with a genuine client-focused approach Cert CII qualified or willing to work towards it
