My client is a Main Dealership in Letchworth and they are now seeking a Trainee Business Manager to join their team.

As the new Trainee Business Manager, you will be expected to:
Managing an excellent and stable team of Sales Executives.
Leading and supporting the team to meet our sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products.
Working with our Aftersales management team to enhance the customer purchasing and ownership experience.
Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email as required.
Ensuring the accurate and timely process of marketing vehicles and services both in the dealership and digital platforms.
Ensuring the customer experience is second to none and this is reflected in customer review scores and verbatim feedback.
Handling any customer concerns in an efficient and effective way and to support the all-team members as required.
Actively manage all aspects of enquiry management including, the adoption of a clear process for repeat and referral opportunities.

As the new Trainee Business Manager, you will have:
• MUST have least 3 years experience in a similar role within the motor industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• An ability to be highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
• A positive attitude at all times and always lead by example
