We are currently looking for a permanent Quantity Surveyor to manage valuations, final accounts and project cost control in Kent.
Start Date: Immediate Salary: £70,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Duties:
Preparing and managing monthly valuations, retention recovery and final accounts
Project cost analysis, cost estimation, budget monitoring and variations
Tendering, tender document review and value engineering
Feasibility studies, financial viability and long-term cost/sustainability considerations
Managing the order book and quarterly WIP assessments
Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders, and collaborating with the project team to improve financial performance
