This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (opportunity to retrain) to join a mid- tier firm with an exceptional Commercial Property team in Huddersfield.

This role offers the chance to work with partners who are at the top of their game; there will be plenty of support, appropriate for your level of experience, however they won't suffocate you!
They will encourage you to meet and develop relationships with their clients with a view to, in the future, being the first port of call for some of these.

They will also support you in developing your own presence in the market, again with reference to your experience.

The team are busy and growing, so this opportunity is down to expansion.

The work available is broad ranging across commercial property including: Development, Investment, Real Estate Finance and Landlord & Tenant for a really healthy blend of clients across interesting sectors including: health; retail; energy; education as well as acting for general property developers both within the commercial and residential sectors.

Another key part of this role is that they have team targets rather than individual, this absolutely encourages a team spirit and supportive environment.

They are really open minded about the level that they recruit at for this role and whilst a solid commercial property background would be great they are also happy to look at people who are perhaps looking to break into commercial property work and are currently working within residential conveyancing.
