Interim Programme Lead - Global Hospitality Group

We're looking for a senior operator to help an international hospitality group lead a major company-wide transformation to strengthen profitability and long-term performance, working directly alongside the CEO for an initial 3-6 month phase.

The role

Help run a large-scale transformation programme spanning operational, portfolio, and commercial workstreamsWork closely with the CEO and leadership team to build structure and drive executionSupport the transition of ownership to line managers as the programme maturesBring order and pace to a fast-evolving, high-visibility initiative

Profile

Must have both a consulting background and hospitality industry experienceSenior programme/project leadership experienceComfortable operating directly with C-level leadershipInternational experience across complex organisationsAvailable at short notice for an initial 3-4 days/week commitmentBased in or willing to work from Amsterdam with occasionanal travel
