Admin Assistant Apprentice (Envance Limited)

Primary Responsibilities:

Administrative and clerical support to the team, including booking accommodation and hire cars, posting equipment. Tracking our pledge to net zero outputs throughout the year (electricity usage, mileage etc) and create a report Assist with financial tasks such as inputting expenses sheets and drafting customer invoices Assist with compliance for ISO (monitoring of completeness of health and safety documents, approved supplier registers and much more) Timesheet management for specific projects Project Administration

Training:
BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience

Training Outcome:
The role is currently for the length of the apprenticeship, but the directors are open to review this and make the position permanent depending on how the apprenticeship goes

Working Hours :
To be worked in the office between 9.00am - 5.30pm. Days to be confirmed.
