Property Maintenance Apprentice

Assisting with basic plumbing, decorating and repair work. Supporting the upkeep of spa, hotel and facilities. Conducting regular safety and maintenance inspections. Maintaining tools, equipment and work areas. Responding to maintenance requests from different departments. Assisting with grounds maintenance and general site appearance.

Training:
You will attend Stoke on Trent College (Burslem Campus) for 1 day each week for your off the job training.  Dependant on GCSE grades, you may need to complete Maths and/or English Functional Skills. 

Training Outcome:

Potential of permanent position upon successful completion of apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 8:30am - 5.00pm. *Shift times and days may vary dependant on business needs & college delivery.
